Known as one of the great French makers of artisan meringues, the Biscuiterie du Quercy boasts a wide range of recipes and varieties, available in every imaginable shape: round, long, drops… and more.

The range is made up of more than 15 varieties: from little vanilla meringues to plain, lemon, or hazelnut organic meringues… And for those who just can’t stop indulging, there are even chocolate coated meringues!
