The Glera grape variety grown exclusively on the hill of Cartizze is used to make this sumptuous sparkling wine, one of the very best Proseccos of them all: its colour is bright straw yellow and it has a fine perlage. The aroma is intense with notes of fruit and citrus and floral undertones. With a sweetish flavour, the overall experience is rounded, enveloping and velvety. This prosecco is protected by the Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG consortium and is its most prestigious variety. Cartizze is the name of the patch of land it comes from, where the subsoil and climate deliver a high concentration of aromas to the grapes.
