Barbecue salt blend 1kg

The KHLA fish salt blend is ready to use and combines kampot salt, cumin, turmeric, lime, lemongrass, ginger, chilli and star anise to delicately flavor your fish and shellfish. Unlike the fleur de sel, which is a powdered salt, Kampot sea salt is a cooking salt.

KHLA special fish salt is blended in Kampot in our workshops with our organic spices and the coarse sea salt comes from our saulnier on Koh-Trey Island located in the delta of the Kampot River in Cambodia.

Sea salt is a natural product, all KHLA spices used in this blend are from organic and fair trade agriculture.

Natural sea salt is formed by the evaporation of water in salt marshes under the action of the sun and wind. Kampot coarse salt and fleur de sel are formed in the same water and the same carnations. After harvesting the fine and delicate fleur de sel, the willow trees collect the large crystals that have fallen to the bottom of the carnations.

The KHLA Fish Salt blend is inspired by traditional Cambodian recipes. It is suitable for cooking in the oven, in the pan, in papillote, for your broth or barbecue. This salt mixture with fine aromatics is very easy to use.
