CLOVES: The power of its aroma is spicy and sweet. It is a hot spice, a staple of autumn cuisine and holiday season. It aromatizes your dishes like pot-au-feu, sauerkraut, gingerbread, soups... It is also an ally for your cupboards to perfume your laundry and keep away insects. KHLA cloves are harvested by small cooperative producers in Sri Lanka. Weight: 80g

CEYLON CINNAMON: Cinnamon is known for its sweet, refined, sweet taste that is associated with the scents and tastes of Christmas. It can be consumed in teas, infusions and mulled wine. It also brings a warm and exotic touch to desserts. Ceylon cinnamon is used in both sweet and savory preparations. KHLA selected its producers in Sri Lanka, known as the «spice island» and the country of origin of Ceylon cinnamon. Weight: 80g

GINGER: Ginger powder KHLA brings a camphor scent and a slightly lemony and spicy flavor. This spice also has many medicinal properties, including stimulant and digestive. From starter to dessert, ginger powder is the perfect spice to awaken your sweet or savory preparations for a slightly spicy taste. Weight: 90g
