The KHLA nutmeg is harvested in central Sri Lanka by small cooperative producers. Directly from the producers we offer the whole nutmeg to preserve its aromas and freshness. They come from organic farming and come from a dioecious tree, the nutmeg, about ten meters whose only females bear fruit. It is these seeds composed of a shell and surrounded by a lacinious aril called mace that give nutmeg.
   
Nutmeg is packaged whole to converse its strong aromatic power and is grated in your preparations or spice mixtures. It will perfectly accompany your dishes in sauce, gratins, vegetables, pies based on cheese but also in your sweet preparations. It supports cooking very well.
