KHLA yellow curry, also known as Madras curry, is inspired by the Mekong countries. It is composed of turmeric, ginger, garlic, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, mustard, red pepper and chili. The spice mixtures would go back to Mesopotamia, the term «curry» was created by Westerners to define a mixture of spicy spices whose origin is the Indian kari, all dishes in Indian flavored sauce.

KHLA yellow curry is a blend of spices all from organic farming. The different plants that make up our yellow curry come from Khla’s partner farms and cooperatives in Southeast Asia.
