KHLA special fish salt is blended in Kampot in our workshops with our organic spices and the coarse sea salt comes from our saulnier on Koh-Trey Island located in the delta of the Kampot River in Cambodia.
Ready to use, it combines: Kampot salt, cumin, turmeric, lime, lemongrass, ginger, chilli and star anise to delicately flavor your fish and shellfish. Unlike fleur de sel, which is a powdered salt, Kampot sea salt is a cooking salt. Weight: 150g
