Spontaneous Hot Stout: A spontaneous fermentation (without adding yeasts) with those present around us, all of this stored in a barrel of St Nicolas de Bourgueil with the addition of chili pepper and orange peel. This gives a slightly acidic, spicy stout with orange notes! Beware of sensitive people!
