Product’s description
Delicious Vol au Vent in baked puff pastry, elaborated according to the traditional French method for an airy and crispy puff. All our laminations are guaranteed without preservative, aroma or colouring. They are available in Butter, Pure Butter and also with vegetable fats (RSPOSG certified). Our production site in the Vendée is IFS certified and we only use 100% French flour and eggs from free range chickens.
Different sizes according to your needs: Ø 83, 74, 70, 55, 50 mm
