Product’s description
Prosciutto utrusco is obtained from the heavy thighs of pigs raised in the semi-wild in the Valdichiana. It is salted dry manually and massaged with pepper and natural flavors, then it undergoes a long aging process, about 24 months, in well ventilated premises. This ham is distinguished by its marking.
