GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Agroalimentare Seidita SRL is owned by Seidita Gioacchino, with registered office in Via Selinunte 734, 91021 Campobello di Mazara (TP) and is dedicated to the retail sale of foodstuffs. The company observes the legislation on remote contracts pursuant to Articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

We invite you to carefully read the conditions below, and to print and / or save them on another durable medium of choice.

1) GENERAL CONDITIONS

All the methods of sale, delivery and payment are listed in detail in the various sections of the Site and are to be considered an integral and substantial part of this contract. The conditions applicable to each individual order will be those displayed on the Site at the time of the order. Any new conditions will be effective from the time of publication on the Site and will apply only to sales concluded subsequently.

2) PUBLIC OFFER

All products and prices indicated on the Site constitute an offer to the public with the limitations and methods contained on the Site itself and in these general conditions of sale.

3) PRICES

The prices, published next to each product on sale, include VAT and all other taxes and duties in force.

The total amount charged is the sum of the prices of the products purchased (in force and published on the site at the time of the order), in addition to the contribution for delivery costs, if applicable.

The company reserves the right to change the prices of the products and the contribution for shipping costs without prior notice, while ensuring that the prices and contributions applied will always be those in place at the time of the order.

4) CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF THE ORDER

In the event of any impossibility, even temporary, to fulfill an order received in whole or in part, Tenute Seidita company will promptly contact the customer to make the appropriate agreements, given that to the customer is recognized the right to request cancellation, partial or total, of the forwarded order and the refund of the corresponding amount already paid.

If the customer's data are incomplete or inaccurate, such as to compromise the correct delivery of the products and / or the regular accounting management of the sale, the Tenute Seidita Company will contact the customer before processing the order, reserving the right not to accept the order itself.

5) DELIVERY

Deliveries will take place up to 3 weeks following the communication of the shipment of the package within Europe, unless otherwise indicated in the order confirmation; while up to 6 weeks following the communication of the shipment of the package outside Europe, unless otherwise indicated in the order confirmation.

Orders placed are processed within the same week of their receipt and shipping is guaranteed for the full value of the order.

We will not be responsible for any delays occurring during transport. Likewise, the company cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, incorrect or non-delivery caused by events and / or causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such as for example but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as intense snowfalls), any strikes (by one's own or other employees), accidents to transport vehicles, explosions, or any other similar or different cause.

6) NON DELIVERY

For delivery, the presence of the Customer or his representative is required at the address and at the time indicated in the order. If the Customer (or the person in charge) is not present, a second delivery attempt will be made and a storage procedure will be opened. The storage costs at the shipper's warehouse will be covered by the buyer. After the first / second unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be delivered to the nearest available collection point (Service Point), any extra costs will be covered by the buyer.

It will also be our right to exclude the Customer from the service.

7) PAYMENT

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery / shipping costs through Bank transfer. 80% prior delivery, remaining 20% within 60 days after delivery.

Bank transfer

The bank transfer is used to pay for the products and services offered. Once the request has been made and confirmed, it is necessary to follow this procedure:

1. the bank transfer covering 80% of the total cost must be made once the order is finalized and before it is collected and shipped, while the remaining 20% must be paid within 60 days after delivery.

2. the reason to be reported on the bank transfer must indicate the items purchased and a valid phone number

3. the bank transfer must be made in favor of Azienda Agroalimentare Seidita Srl

8) GUARANTEES

The characteristics of the products are shown in the online catalog, in the respective product sheets, and can be consulted at any time of the choice and purchase decision.

The Tenute Seidita Company guarantees that the products offered for sale are free from defects and the packaging is intact, not damaged or tampered with. In the event that you find a defect, damage or tampering, please report it to us as soon as possible, in any case within seven days, by sending a registered letter with return receipt.

In any case, with regard to deteriorated or damaged products due to incorrect packaging, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal in the forms and terms indicated, or can request assistance in replacing the product.

The products offered for sale are guaranteed by the respective manufacturers in accordance with the law.

Tenute Seditia Company provides its distributor warranty in accordance with the law and is not liable for damage caused by the improper use of the products purchased as well as by the incompatibility of the same with allergies, pathologies or other psychophysical conditions of the customer.

Tenute Seidita Company also guarantees that all products offered for sale comply with the Italian and European Union (EU) regulations applicable to them.
