Each order placed before 1:00 PM is prepared and shipped on the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). If you place an order after 1:00 PM, it will be shipped the following day.

Once prepared, delivery times vary depending on the chosen delivery method during the order confirmation:

The items available for sale are those listed on the website. They are offered within the limits of available stock. Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website.

FRNCH reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time on the website and/or to replace or modify any information associated with the items on the website.

In the event of unavailability of an item after the customer places an order, the customer is informed by email, and the order is automatically canceled with no recourse for the customer. Payment is only processed for the shipped items.

The characteristics of the items sold on the website (photographs, graphics, and item descriptions, etc.) are provided for informational purposes and may vary over time. Only the visual of the item displayed at the time of the order should be considered by the customer. Characteristics and visuals are non-binding.

FRNCH takes the utmost care in presenting and describing its products to best inform the customer. However, errors may occur on the website, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.

FRNCH does not guarantee the accuracy or security of information transmitted or obtained through the website.

VI – ORDER

The contract is offered in both French and English.

Every order requires the customer to register or identify themselves through their customer account. It implies an obligation to pay.

The customer declares to be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity or, if a minor, guarantees having parental authorization to place the order.

To conclude the sale, the customer must:

Fill their virtual cart on the website (the "Cart") by indicating the selected products and desired quantities, then click on "Order".

Provide their name, surname, phone number, and the desired delivery and billing address.

Choose the delivery method.

Read and accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Proceed to payment of the total price indicated by:

Credit card (Visa, CB, MasterCard) by providing the cardholder's name, number, expiration date, and CVC code;

Or PayPal account.

Click on the "Confirm and Pay" button: Order validation confirms the customer's acceptance of the GTC, the purchased items, their prices, and associated fees.

Before clicking the "Order" button, the customer can review the order details and total price by clicking on "Continue Shopping" and the cart icon to freely modify the cart before order validation.

After payment confirmation, FRNCH promptly contacts the customer by email acknowledging receipt of the order (items, prices, quantity) and payment, accompanied by the accepted GTC. The customer explicitly accepts the use of email for FRNCH's confirmation of the order contents.

The sale is completed when the seller sends the order confirmation and receives the customer's payment.

The seller reserves the right to make modifications related to technical evolution to the ordered product(s) under the conditions provided in Article R. 212-4 of the Consumer Code.

If the customer does not receive any email following the order, they must contact FRNCH customer service as described in Article 12 of these GTC.

FRNCH cannot be held responsible for input errors or transmission errors preventing the delivery of the confirmation email and/or items.

It is recommended for the customer to print the order confirmation email.

For any questions regarding order tracking, the customer should check their customer account on the website or contact customer service as described in Article 12 of these GTC.

FRNCH commits to fulfilling orders within the limits of available stock and within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). However, we inform you that this preparation time may be extended during busy periods. In case of unavailability of the ordered item(s), FRNCH undertakes to refund them.

Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of their price.
