1.terms of payment

Orders placed with Impolitesse are subject to a specific payment schedule:

A deposit of 20% of the total order amount is required upon order confirmation.

The balance of 80% must be paid on receipt of goods.

2. Terms of delivery

Free delivery

We are delighted to offer carriage-free delivery for orders reaching a minimum value of €1000 excluding VAT. This offer applies to customers

located in France.

3. Right of return :

We offer a right of return on products subject to the following conditions:

A return percentage of 10% of the total volume of the order is authorized.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

- For products from previous collections, we offer the possibility of repurchasing these items at a rate of 80% of the original purchase price. Products from

are defined as items that are no longer part of our current collection.

- Please note that the repurchase of old products is exclusively in the form of a credit note against new articles of our brand.
