General conditions of sale pro

Our deliveries, services and offers are made solely based on these general conditions of sale.

Ordered:

To ensure that your request is processed quickly, we ask you to send us your requests before 12 p.m. CET. Orders can be placed by e-mail servicepro@kanthe.paris or by phone at +33766132873. This service is intended for professionals only.

Price / VAT:

All our prices are shown in VAT. All prices are subject to possible changes. The sale is made only within the limits of available stocks.

Delivery / Shipping:

In France, we deliver your orders free of charge from a value of 300 € free of charge; in the other countries of the European Union, we deliver free at home from a value of 500 € including tax. Overseas deliveries are subject to special supplements (price on request).

In France, orders under 300 € are shipped with a flat-rate delivery charge of 10 €. For orders of less than 200 €, a supplement of 10 € is added for minimum quantity not reached.

In other countries of the European Union, orders under 500 € are shipped with a shipping cost of 15 €. Orders under € 300 in European Union countries excluding France are subject to a supplement of 15 €.

The delivery of the first order is free. The delivery times indicated are indicative and not binding. We are authorized to make partial deliveries after the agreement of the customer.

Conservation and storage of tea:

For optimum tea quality and conservation, it must be stored properly. The tea must be stored in its original packaging, in a cool and dry place.

Retention of title:

Until full receipt of payment, the products remain the property of Kanthé. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.

Method of payment:

For any purchase under 300 €, payment must be made in full when ordering. For any purchase greater than 300 €, a deposit of 50% is requested upon ordering and the balance of any account upon delivery.

Payment is made by bank transfer or by check payable to Kanthé (orders paid by check will be delivered after receipt).
