Shipping Times and Costs

In-Stock Products

Items purchased from the Shop will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment is processed. This period may extend up to 10 business days during peak times (sales, year-end holidays, Mother's/Father's Day, private sales). Customers will be informed of specific delays before payment. In case of shipping delays, customers will receive an email notification.

Shipping costs and delivery times after dispatch depend on the customer's delivery address. The creator is not responsible for events occurring after the shipment of the order, such as delivery delays, loss of merchandise, strikes, adverse weather conditions, non-receipt of the order, or return of the parcel by the pickup point. Tracking information will be provided to the customer by the carrier. The creator reserves the right to change the carrier without affecting confirmed orders.

Customized Products

The delivery time and costs will be communicated to the customer by email after the finalization of the order (after choosing customization) and before payment. Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the carrier chosen by the customer. The invoice and parcel tracking information will be communicated via email. The creator is not responsible for events occurring after the shipment of the order.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In-Stock Products

Customers have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalty. Returns must be made in their original and complete condition, at the customer's expense. In case of withdrawal, the creator will refund within 14 calendar days following the request, using the same payment method as the original order.

Customized Products

The right of withdrawal only applies to in-stock products. No right of withdrawal is provided for personalized products.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All items from the Shop remain the exclusive intellectual property of the creator. They are protected by copyright, and any reproduction, exploitation, distribution, or use in any way is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these obligations, especially infringement, may lead to legal action under Articles L. 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

Creating deep hyperlinks to the website www.lifeonvenus.fr is prohibited without the creator's express and prior agreement.

Article 10 – Liability and Warranties

The products offered comply with current French legislation. The creator cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local authorities regarding the importation or use of products or services.

Furthermore, the creator cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the misuse of the purchased product. The creator's responsibility cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

Purpose

These Conditions govern the terms and conditions of sale by the Creator of In-Stock or Customized Products, sold on the Shop or directly to a Customer. These Conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded on the Shop, as well as orders placed by email for Products sold by the Creator. The fact that the Creator does not invoke any provision of these Conditions at a given time cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to invoke any of these provisions later. The Creator reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time and without notice, with the understanding that the Conditions applicable to the Customer will be those in effect on the day of the Order. Payment of the Order by the Customer, following the check of the box provided for this purpose, constitutes full acceptance of these Conditions.

Article 2 – Products

In-Stock Products:

Each Product is accompanied by the following information:

Description: Presentation of the item, its utility, and its features.

Technical Information: Information regarding color, materials, size, weight.

Photographs: Taken from different angles to allow the Customer to see all the details of the item.

It should be noted that the photographs on the site have no contractual value. Since all the Products sold on the site are handmade, the photos may not perfectly reflect the colors, textures, or other details. In case of doubt, the Customer should contact the Creator by email to obtain additional information.

Customized Products:

Possibilities for customization are specified, outlining the elements that can be modified by the Customer for their order. Customization may include, for example, inscription, colors, materials. It should be noted that the format and weight of the Product cannot be modified beyond the customization options offered by the Creator.
