1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales of products and/or services offered by the company MANE SOLIS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 10,000.00 EUROS, registered with the RCS of 921 315 412 R.C.S. Paris, whose registered office is located at 45 boulevard Saint-Marcel 75013 Paris, represented by Pauline Picouret, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," to its professional or individual customers, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer."

The GTCS are available on the website of the company MANE SOLIS and will prevail over any other purchasing condition, unless expressly and formally waived by the Seller.

2. Orders

The Customer can place an order on the THESHOwP website or directly with the company MANE SOLIS. Any order implies acceptance of these GTCS.

MANE SOLIS manufactures its pieces to order; the pieces are thus manufactured according to the quantities and variants requested by the Customer.

The average manufacturing lead time for the pieces is 6 weeks. In the event that delivery times are modified, MANE SOLIS undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.

3. Delivery

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during their order. The delivery costs are borne by the Customer.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the products as soon as the pieces have been manufactured.

In case of loss or damage during transportation, the Seller undertakes to proceed with an exchange or refund.

4. Warranties

The products are guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery. In case of non-conformity or hidden defects, the Customer can return the product to the Seller at their expense. The Seller will proceed with the exchange or refund of the product.

The return of products is handled by COLISSIMO. The products must be returned in their original condition, complete and in their original packaging.

5. Prices and Payment

The prices are indicated in euros and are exclusive of taxes (HT). The prices including taxes (TTC) are also indicated. Prices may be modified at any time by the Seller without prior notice.

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments made by the Customer will only be considered definitive upon effective receipt of the amounts due.

A 50% deposit is required upon ordering. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of the website of the company MANE SOLIS, including texts, images, logos, graphics, is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization from the Seller is prohibited.

7. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold or the failure to comply with usage instructions.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use of the website of the company MANE SOLIS, especially in case of interruption or malfunction of the site.

8. Confidentiality of Personal Data

The Seller undertakes to protect the personal data of its customers in accordance with applicable regulations. The data collected during an order will be used only within the framework of the commercial relationship between the Seller and the Customer.

The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and oppose the data concerning them by writing to the following address: 1 chemin des Grenouilles 17380 Archingeay - France.

9. Force Majeure

The Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event, including but not limited to war, riot, fire, strike, natural disaster, epidemic, interruption of transportation, or any other event beyond its control.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTCS are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTCS will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
