Born for the celebration of the 400 years of the Giusti family production, the Giusti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 4 Gold Medals is a condiment of extreme fullness, deeply aromatic, with scents of ripe fruits, accompanied by notes of tobacco, roasted coffee and hints of wood, thanks to its long ageing in ancient small casks. Perfect with fresh and aged cheeses, capresi, eggs, fruit salads and dessert. It can be used also as an ingredients in sweet-and-sour sauces.
