Between sweetness and creaminess honey mustard Clovis is a nod to lovers of Anglo-Saxon mustards. It perfectly accompanies burgers, bagels and hot dogs. Less spicy and thicker than the other mustards in the range, it is ideal for caramelizing meats such as ribs or duck breast but can be used in marinades of filet mignon, roast, vinaigrettes or sauces.
