Colavita PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) is a certified brand produced in Modena where the tradition of balsamic vinegar has been perfected over generations.

Colavita balsamic vinegar is a real product of Modena, Italy and it is prepared according to rigorous and traditional methods. Our balsamic vinegar is prepared by cooking Trebbiano grape juice and then ripening in cherry and walnut barrels.

Over time, vinegar naturally decreases. The result is a real quality balsamic vinegar «riserva» containing complex aromatic notes such as berries, vanilla and grapes.
