Product’s description
This typical recipe from the north of France, made from a clever mix of salty and sweet, is made up of top quality beef cooked over low heat in beer, accompanied by onions, smoked bacon, mustard, brown sugar, salt and pepper. A friendly, gourmet and ideal dish with friends!
Preparation tips
Reheat over low heat in a saucepan or in the oven at 170°C in a terracotta dish with slices of mustard bread or slices of gingerbread. Serve with fries or mashed potatoes and of course a Good Beer!
