It was 1974...
when, for the first time, on the ground floor of an old palace in the historic town centre of Mombercelli, people were caught by the genuine smell of fresh bread that filled every alley. A fragrance that everywhere reminded the desire of staying togheter at home.
Today the company has 4 factories in Italy with a production of about 36,300 tons per year, delivering its products in the main distribution channels: in large-scale distribution, Discount channel and Ho.re.ca. In Oricola (AQ), long-life breads are produced. Alessandria specializes in the production of the typical Turin stretched breadstick “pinched” at the ends. The Mombercelli (AT) plant is dedicated to the production of frozen bread, Prato Sesia (NO) to the production of fresh bread. The factories comply with all the rules and technical standards guaranteed with IFS, BRC, ICEA, RSPO certifications.
