Behind Bocerno lies a family project led by Charlotte, 30 years old, who is passionate about organic farming and the Périgord region.

The plantation of walnut groves, the construction of an oil mill and the creation of a range of organic walnut oils are part of a desire to offer a product full of history, to modernise it and to make it according to precise values while respecting its heritage.

Our wish was therefore to offer an oil based on the extreme freshness of the kernel, which could be combined with a wide range of dishes: raw or cooked fish, vegetables and fruit salads, cheese, carpaccios, etc...
We produce cold-extracted, single-variety oils in conversion to organic farming in our oil mill in the heart of the Dordogne, which will open its doors in 2023 around a tourist circuit.
