Our pesto al limone is inspired by the traditional Genovese recipe of pesto alla genovese and adds a touch of freshness with lemon peel. Made with extra virgin olive oil, basil, cashew nuts and lemon peel, it is ideal to accompany pasta, fish and bruschettas.
Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Concentrated Basil (20%), Cashew Nuts, Salt, Lemon Zest (1,5%), Wine Vinegar, Natural Lemon Juice (0,3%), Garlic.
