A sauce with fresh seasonal Italian tomatoes, with whole Italian olives and capers. This sauce of character was born on the island of Ischia. Legend has it that it was thanks to its fumet, a delicious smell of olives, that Neapolitan prostitutes attracted men to their apartments. Nothing to add, an Italian cooked it for you in Piedmont!
