The company JEAN HERVE is a family and independent SME located in the Centre of France. It transforms organic oilseed dried fruits into nut nutters, sweet purées, spreads, almond paste, condiments and culinary aids, and mixtures of aperitif dried fruits.
Our products are available for retail sale and in various bulk formats for sale or processing.

At JEAN HERVE, only whole oleaginous fruits are cooked over a wood fire and ground on a stone wheel, at low temperature, so as to respect all their nutritional qualities.
