Product’s description
Made with whole milk slowly coagulated, gently molded, drained for 24 hours, it is then salted. Then, Epoisses is matured in a cellar for at least four weeks and washed with Marc de Bourgogne. The washing is renewed at least 5 times by our cheesemakers to obtain the beautiful orange color that characterizes our Epoisses. Its balanced, frank and fruity taste as well as its creamy and melting texture make it a unique cheese!
