Chemical Etching and laser cut

This technology allows fast prototyping as well as mass production of complex flat metal parts at very low cost. Our process can meet your most demanding applications and can cover fronts, temples, metal labels or inserts, display, of any shape and size, with tolerances generally below one tenth of a millimetre. For your designs you can choose many different high quality materials: special stainless steels, hardenable steels, brass, nickel silver, bronze, niclafor, aluminium, beryllium-copper, special alloy. Parts can be delivered just etched or with additional surface coatings. 

In order to improve our services and be more flexible on delivery time,  we are introducing  two innovations: a state of the art closed loop etching system that will allow us to reduce our environmental impact by ten times, so our optical and eyewear products can be defined “Environmental Friendly”. This innovation will allow us to etch more pieces in less time with total control on the etching process taking our capability to 400.000 sheets every year, as much as 10 soccer playgrounds;  the second innovation is a complete tumbling system which will allow us to serve our customer with finished fronts and temples
