PRODUCER OF HIGH-QUALITY SAUCISSONS
Since 1902, Chillet has been producing high-quality saucissons at the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, the historic birthplace of the Rosette de Lyon.
It all begins with a meticulous selection of raw-materials. We only choose noble meat such as ham, pork shoulder and back fat. Seasoning are made on the spot. To perpetuate quality, Chillet only works with natural casings that are rigorously sorted out within our dedicated workshop. All our saucissons are tied-up and trussed by hands, requiring unique technicality and skills. The processes of maturing and drying are realized in installations which control system has been completely modernized and that enables; along with a constant control of the staff; to maximize the use of the pure and high-quality air of the Monts du Lyonnais and develop flavors.
Chillet proposes a wide range of delicatessen produced in the Mont du Lyonnais : traditional range, hand-trussed saucissons, harmonious mixes, original shapes, pieces to slice...
