Family business, located at the foot of the Alpilles.
We were both born into a farming family and we discovered a common passion for the cultivation of the olive tree. Nicolas also grows peach trees and hay from Crau AOP
We have implemented environmentally friendly approaches to maintain biodiversity and develop sustainable agriculture, which is why we have the HVE "High Environmental Value" certification.
Thanks to this optimization, the olive trees of Maricera receive all the attention they need.
For olive oil we are in AOP Vallée des Baux de Provence, thanks to our five varieties of olives: Salonenque, Grossane, La picholine, Aglando, Verdale from the mouths of the Rhône.
Harmoniously assembled, they will give in its typicality a fruity green or fruity black oil, the difference being due to the time of maturation of the olives between the collection and the trituration.
