MIR-KAR slaughterhouses and butchers were founded in 1998. Initially, we only dealt with the purchase and slaughter of pigs, we extended our activities to the cutting, trade and transport of meat from the slaughterhouse.

We are a private and family company and we care not only about increasing the volume of exchanges, ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers as well as the health and safety of our employees.
