OLIO DI SERRA

OLIO DI SERRA is a story of land and family.

Dorian TOTA, from Lyon of Italian origin, wanted to promote his home village - Serracapriola - and his family's olive groves, located in the Gargano region on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, in the north of the Puglia region. OLIO DI SERRA is a vintage olive oil produced each year from the family olive groves in Serracapriola. Dorian values the ancestral know-how of his family and the quality of their olives.

Since 2016, OLIO DI SERRA has been offering an artisanal extra virgin olive oil, traced from the olives to the bottle, cold extracted every day. The OLIO DI SERRA family grows its olives, harvests and processes them in Italy, then bottles the olive oil and distributes it from France, in Lyon.

We wish to promote a quality product, due to its history, its elaboration process, its traceability and the uniqueness of its terroir (harvesting in mid-October thanks to a Mediterranean micro-climate providing a natural irrigation of the olive groves throughout the year).

OLIO DI SERRA offers a range of artisanal products from Gargano, highlighting the richness of our land. These products are the result of a collaboration with local craftsmen who also work with their families and have a deep respect for their land.

OLIO DI SERRA offers its products to delicatessen and catering professionals: extra virgin olive oil, homemade pasta, jars of vegetable creams and vegetables in olive oil in various adapted formats, cold meats, organic tomato sauces, sweet biscuits, typical aperitif breadsticks, mature buffalo cheeses, extra fresh cheese, etc. An animation and tasting service is also offered throughout the year to generate traffic in the shop.
