Papilla

Oryza is an Italian manufacturer located near Vercelli (between Turin and Milan), in the rice production area of the Po valley.

We do 100% organic puffed cakes, not extruded, gluten-free and allergen-free. We also sell high-quality Italian rice. Our stakeholders, three rice farmers (among whom me), one agronomist, and a rice mill, create with us a full production chain for rice production.

As a result, we only use Italian risotto rice in full grains and not broken, for a tastier flavour. Also, our corn is 100% Italian and we guarantee our quality with mycotoxins levels that are under 50% of the European law limits.

Our factory is certified BRC, IFS, and Organic and we carry the certification for gluten-free from the Italian Ministry of Health.

Oryza works both in private label and with our own brand: Papilla.

We launched earlier this year our Papilla La Gallettina line: Active, Beta, Karma, Natural, Lentils, Veggy and a new sweet cake with cinnamon and coconut sugar, called Speculoos.
