We are promoting dried mango from Rose Eclat in Burkina Faso.
Rose Eclat is a family business founded in 1999 by @Rose Touré active in processing fruit and vegetables. Next to its flagship product of mango, the company processes banana, okra, strawberry and onion into dried fruits and vegetables. The company is amongst other BIO and HACCP certified. Rose Eclat works in partnership with more than 500 small producers, mostly women producers.
