Sarchio has been producing organic, gluten-free and vegan products since 1982 as a result of an environmentally friendly agriculture that does not use synthetic chemicals. In 2017 Sarchio joined to the historic headquarters of Modena in Italy a brand new structure bringing its production lines to 9 units, with departments dedicated exclusively to gluten-free products in order to improve the management of their processing in terms of safety.
