We produce and export three kinds of high-quality natural cheese in different packing:
1. Bulgarian white brined cheese made from sheep’s milk, from cow’s milk and from goat’s milk.
2. Yellow cheese, also known as Kashkaval, made from sheep’s milk, from cow’s milk and from goat’s milk.
3. Bulgarian grill cheese made from cow’s milk.
