Located in Serracapriola, fully immersed in the fields of the Puglia region and not far from the sea, the Vallillo company is a family-run business specialized in the production of Extra virgin olive oil and Durum wheat flour pasta.
Tradition and Made in Italy are the trademarks of the Vallillo family. Born as farmers we have become entrepreneurs and have been promoting local agriculture for fifty years. Our main goals are to guarantee high quality from an eco-sustainable agricultural economy and to spread a mindful eating awareness: everything is produced in harmony with nature, personally cultivating raw materials and taking care of each phase of our production.
Our EVO oil is unique, extracted from the finest olives of the Provenzale and Peranzana varieties, selected and processed with the classic cold pressing method. We use our ultra-moderm continuous-cycle plants, resulting an oil with very low acidity and extraordinary organoleptic characteristics.
Our PASTA is a pure product, free of toxins and additives. The fields of Serracapriola are cultivated with high protein wheats, and our pasta remain firm after cooking. Vallillo pasta boasts total transparency and is completely free of cadmium, glyphosate and don.
