Nicknamed the king of cheeses because of its size, Brie is a cheese to share with the family or between friends! Our bries are made to a traditional receipe from pasteurised milk collected locally from within 40km of our dairy. Its white downy rind, creamy texture and milky taste assert themselves over time and make it a treat for the whole family! Also available in 500g and 3kg.
