Easy and quick to prepare, just heat it in the oven for a few minutes directly in its wooden box.  It can also be heated on the barbecue or even in the microwave! The Bons Mayennais à Chauffer goes perfectly with a few bread sticks for a tasty aperitif or ideal as a main course accompanied by a salad, potatoes, crudites or charcuterie.
