To preserve the unique flavour of Bons Mayennais, our cheese makers have developed a recipe with only 11% fat and specific ripening. And all this without the addition of additives, colourings or preservatives! The recipe is therefore as simple as ever: pasteurized milk, ferments, a pinch of salt and rennet.
