The Ernest Soulard block of duck foie gras is made from different foies gras and contains whole pieces of foie gras exclusively from Ernest Soulard.
These pieces of foie gras add delicacy and lightness to the block of duck foie gras. You can find it semi-cooked to keep in the fridge or ambient to keep at room temperature. We offer it in trays, tins and verrines! Our range meets all your needs.

The ducks' nutrition is exclusively plant-based and verified by Soulard with a French cereal-based diet.

La Cuisine de Constance, an establishment located on our production site, is entirely dedicated to developing recipes for cooked foies gras and duck confit. It's a way of perfecting our quality production even further, by preparing the products on site in ultra-fresh conditions.
