Product’s description
Aseptic Kesar Mango Puree is extracted from Sound Mature and Selected
naturally Ripen Kesar Mango Fruits. The process involves selection of ripen
mangoes, disinfections & washing, cutting, inspection, pulp extraction,
finishing, pre-heating, Standardization, decanting (Optional), filtration, online
Metal detection, de-aeration, sterilization and aseptic filling of puree in aseptic
bag using MS Drums. During this process, product quality is ensured by
performing various Online Quality tests and final inspection of product prior to
dispatch. Moreover, the process is controlled by PLC based system & thereby
maintained sensorial quality attributes of the final product.
