Aseptic Totapuri Mango puree and concentrate is extracted from Sound Mature and Selected fully Ripened
Totapuri Mango Fruits. The process involves selection of mangoes, ripening of mangoes, disinfection
by washing, cutting, inspection, pulping, finishing, preheating, decanting, concentration, passing
through foreign matter control devices, thermal processing in PLC operated aseptic sterilization and
Filling System. Product is strictly monitored for Online Quality Assurance tests at every important
stage to make sure that the final Product is in total compliance with the quality and food safety
standards.
