Product’s description
Frozen Alphonso Mango Pulp is extracted from Sound Mature and Selected naturally Ripen Alphonso Mango Fruits. The process involves selection of ripen mangoes, disinfections & washing, cutting, inspection, pulp extraction, finishing, Pre- Heating, de-aeration, pasteurization Standardization, filtration, online Metal detection, plate Freezing and filling of freeze blocks in double LDPE liner bag using MS Drums. During this process, product quality is ensured by performing various Online Quality tests and final inspection of product prior to dispatch. Moreover, the process is controlled by PLC based system & thereby maintained sensorial quality attributes of the final product.
